When possible, try and leave the excess Mi Paste on your teeth to slowly dissolve.

It is recommended to apply Mi Paste a minimum of two times a day for optimal oral health benefits. Mi Paste is not toothpaste and should be used after daily brushing. It is easy to use at home.
